Upon sign up, the first order will be charged immediately. For recurring, Every week or Every 2 weeks deliveries, we charged next day after you receive the current delivery. You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your order at any time prior to the cut-off time.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time by logging into your account and navigating to "Manage subscriptions" section. From here, you can select the desired subscription and modify the frequency that bests suits for you.

Our subscription service is exclusively for the milk products only. To subscribe, please visit our website and select the plan that best suits for you. We offer both weekly and fortnightly delivery. Once you have selected your preferred plan, you can proceed to create a subscription and enter your billing and delivery information.

Logging to your account and in "My account", navigate to the "Manage subscriptions" section. There you will be able to view your active subscriptions and have the option to pause or cancel them by selecting the subscription status. Instead of cancel, you can also hold the subscription that's way also no order will be generated until you choose to reactivate your subscription.

Your account may be suspended until the payment is received. So, it's important to keep track of your payment due dates and make payments on time.
